Attached is a proposal,I have made to BIN CC on the lessons of the Batsheva campaign and generally on a possible future for cultural and sports boycott in the UK.

I'd be very grateful and interested in your responses to this, critically is best as always.

I'd like to float the idea of a Scottish Stop All Israeli State Tours.
