  The BNC and many Palestinian organisations, including many based in Gaza, have today published a statement calling on the EU to end trade with Israel and ban trade with complicit companies. The call has been translated into 24 languages and endorsed by many European organisations. A system has been set up that allows people to quickly send messages in support of the call to the EU, foreign ministers and prime ministers, etc.

  A call from Palestine to the European Union four years after Israel's
  2008 war on Gaza

  December 27 Occupied Palestine

  On the fourth anniversary of Israel's 2008 war on Gaza in which it
  killed 1400 Palestinians including 300 children, a call urging EU
  citizens to ask their representatives to suspend the EU’s trade
  agreements with Israel, until it complies with international law has
  been issued by
  Grassroots networks and organizations across Palestine.

  Titled Time For Justice - A call from Palestine to EU citizens, the
  call has gone out in the 24 EU languages. It states that while recent
  "statements of concern regarding Israeli war crimes and international
  law violations are welcome in practice Israel’s military occupation
  and apartheid policies receive direct and concrete support from
  Europe."

  The groups Urge EU citizens "to act for justice now." by telling their
  representatives to “suspend Europe’s trade agreements with
  Israel as well as end trade with companies operating in settlements on
  occupied territories until Israel fulfils its obligations under
  international law: Ending its occupation and colonization of all Arab
  lands and dismantling the Wall; Recognizing the fundamental rights of
  the Palestinian citizens of Israel to full equality; and respecting,
  protecting and promoting the rights of Palestinian refugees to return
  to their homes and properties as stipulated in UN resolution 194.”

  Vier Jahre nach dem verheerenden Angriff auf Gaza im Jahr 2008, bei
  dem Israel 1400 Palästinenser, darunter 300 Kinder getötet hat, Die
  Grassroots-Bewegungen und Organisationen in Palästina rufen die
  EU-Bürger dazu auf, ihre Vertreter in der EU um die Aussetzung des
  EU-Handelsabkommens mit Israel zu bitten, bis es das Internationale

  Titel: Zeit für Gerechtigkeit - Ein Aufruf aus Palästina an EU-Bürger.

  Nichteinhaltung des Internationalen Rechts äußert, die israelische
  militärische Besatzung und die Apartheid Politik in der Praxis,

  Die Gruppen bitten EU-Bürger "jetzt für die Gerechtigkeit aktiv zu
  werden", in dem sie ihre Vertreter in der EU darum bitten "das
  Handelsabkommen mit Israel und den Handel mit Unternehmen, die in und
  mit illegalen Siedlungen in den besetzten Gebieten zusammenarbeiten
  auszusetzen, bis Israel den Verpflichtungen, die sich aus dem
  Internationalen Recht ergeben nachkommt. Diese sind: Ende der
  Besatzung und der Kolonialisierung des Arabischen Landes, Abbau der
  Apartheid-Mauer, Anerkennung der Grundrechte von palästinensischen
  Bürgern in Israel bis zur vollständigen Gleichheit und: Respekt,
  Schutz und Unterstützung der Rechte palästinensicher Flüchtlinge auf
  Rückkehr zu ihren Häusern und ihrem Besitz, wie in der UN-Resolution
  194 festgelegt".
