[Soc-l] polycentric order

i'm working on a case study concerning an aggregate of an 
apartment block co-owners organising themselves in order to 
defend their interests against a huge developer/construction 
company. i want to research how the aggregate turned into a 
succesful conflict group (communication, settling inner 
conflicts, working out a common strategy etc.).
the theoretical base would be e.ostrom, spontaneous&polycentric 
order theorising, microsociology, institutions' designing &what 
not.
i'm looking for any fresh&inspiring theoretical&research 
insights&comments. if you have any- feel free to write.
