hi all. i'm writing the PIRG grant right now. how does this sound as a
description of the event?

"We are planning an event which will create the opportunity and space for
women to speak on the topic "what is solidarity against patriarchy?" Our
aim is to do all of the bottom-line work of organizing, such as finding
space, setting up and taking down the event, providing food, promotion,
child care, etc. The event will benefit anyone who wishes to develop their
practices of solidarity. Though the event will be open to the general
public, our promotional efforts will focus on the organizing community."
