The right candidates should know the Latino reality, have strong Latino identity background and be aware of how the relations South-North should be. They must also understand the role of the alternative media in the current worldwide geopolitical ground, and the propaganda mechanism and purpose as well. Requirements: 1. The candidates must be fully bilingual English-Spanish. Experience broadcasting in English and feeling comfortable talking in English before a video camera is essential. 2. At least 2 years of Social Communication, Journalism, Politics, Economics or Sociology studies PLUS 1 year of experience creating video content on the internet. 3. Knowledge in different video edition software and multimedia content publishing experience A MUST.
