Attached are the notes from the last meeting (Sunday Oct 1).

We have a couple of items that need to be ratified/modified by the orgs and
committees:

*Communications Committees proposal for making a new listserve:*
Eric can you respond with the most recent version of that proposal?

*Outreach Letters:*
Here are two slightly different versions of the same letter the Council
voted to be ratified to be used in reaching out to get more involvement in
CRSD from Left and allied groups.
