[Sdalliance] Notes for 2.26.17 Meeting

All,

I have attached the two items passed at the last meeting. These items are
to be sent to member organizations to ratify, and to be included in
materials for organizations considering ratifying the structure, mission
statement, and POU.

The notes of the meeting are also attached.
