[Sdalliance] Structure Document to be circulated.

The Defense Committee is focused on extralegal activity and as such the
bulk of our focus hasn't been discussed much in public. I have gotten in
contact with Jeff regarding his project, but that seems more oriented
towards getting nonprofits into the street. A laudable goal, but a
different one from the situations we've been drilling for.

If people are interested in working in a closed committee or would like
more information on how they can best assist, please let me know.
