quick thoughts:

First, I apologize for sending that image without some kind of warning.
Perhaps I should have described the image in text rather than attached it.

Second, I think the Defense Committee should meet *before* there is a
specific attack to respond to.  Advance planning will make repsonding
easier when it comes time.
