[Sdalliance] SD Left Alliance: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Hey beautiful Left Alliance folx,

*Volunteers are needed to fill the below ROLES during this Sunday's (Jan.
29) meeting.* If you would like to volunteer but feel like you need
additional training, please don't hesitate to let me know. This is a great
opportunity to build/practice your skills!

*Facilitator(s)/Chair(s) for the meeting* -- Conducts the intro/welcome and
gets us through the agenda. Also monitors the timekeeper to make sure
section times are being adhered to or checks to see if we need more time.
Can also serve as vibe-checker and ensure people's concerns are being
addressed. (There are already facilitators assigned to specific discussion
sections, so you wouldn't need to worry about that.)

*Notetaker(s)* -- Takes notes during discussions to ensure people's
comments, ideas, proposals are being recorded. This makes it easier to make
decisions on proposals and helps people feel validated and like their ideas
will be taken into account (if at least in future meetings). Notes do not
have to be highly detailed; just need to get major points and final
decisions down.

*Stacktaker(s)* -- Keeps track of people who raise their hands to speak.
May prioritize the order of speakers based on historically marginalized
voices and/or people who have not previously spoken (i.e. "progressive
stack").
