[Sdalliance] DAF comments on the agenda for Sunday

Hi Justin et al in DAF,

Would it be possible for folks to make suggestions for how to rearrange and
revise the agenda directly on the document? I'm personally not sure how the
below differs from what's already on the agenda, and honestly don't have
the time or energy to communicate via email to clarify all those points.
