[Sdalliance] Finalized and Approved Points of Unity

Greetings comrades!

At the Sunday meeting on 15 Jan. 2017 the Points of Unity were presented,
discussed, and approved. Attached is the document containing those points.
The Mission Statement and name of the alliance will be up for approval at
the meeting on Jan. 29th.

A system to regularly review this alliance's Mission Statement and Points
of Unity will be put into place.
