[Sdalliance] Approved Points of Unity and Structure

Regarding points 1 and 3, in my personal opinion:

If someone doesnt adhere to the PoU they shouldn't be able to participate
in the alliance, regardless of whether its a committee or a mass meeting.
Theres not really any other purpose for the PoU to exist other than to
establish a baseline we all need to adhere to if we're going to work
together in this organization.

With that in mind, id say we should make sure the organizations that are
already participating are on board before we start floating anything to
orgs that have yet to be involved. The Structure and PoU still need to be
ratified by the participating orgs, after all. Hopefully every committee
has met by now, and they'll be able to speak to everyone come the next mass
meeting, and motivate those who want to continue on to do the next step of
work to join the committees.

That said, I'm only one person, others may disagree. Feel free to do so.
