[Sdalliance] update on linking up with Union Del Barrio

I missed last weeks meeting, but it is my understanding that Cuauhtemoc and
Larry were charged with getting in touch with UDB to discuss the
possibility of linking up our evening demos. Per Cuauhtemoc's request, who
was having trouble getting in touch with UDB, I reached out to Kiki. He
said as long as we have a nailed down route, and arrive at Chicano around
5:30, they are in favor of us linking up demonstrations. Once we figure out
our brass tacks then we can set up a joint meeting with their security and
ours to make sure that everything goes smoothly and to ensure the optimal
safety.
