***The Following Is a Communication from Democratic Autonomy Federation***

Dear Erin et al,

Good morning. While we - as members of DAF, the alliance, and persons
vested in collective liberation - have done our utmost to be patient with
your "politics," your most recent interventions reveals precisely a kind of
behavior and logic that is incapable of actual political intervention.

1. These are only the latest communications that degrade and attack members
of our organization. Erin, you have repeatedly taken aim at our POC members
based on astoundingly reductive reasons that express an incapacity for
solidarity. What is revealed through such reasoning is that the basis of
working "together" is purely experiential and emotive, rather than being
based on a mutual understanding developed through actual *practices* of
solidarity and mutual aid. In your frame, we wonder what the basis of
solidarity is if communication or action are only good if it comes from
point of experience? What's more, your attacks further reproduce categories
of destructive power by producing color categories that code the
possibility of people's actions according to *your* readings of their skin
and behavior, and without any formal guidelines (when is one black or brown
enough to lead? Can we see that color chart people?). In doing all this,
your behavior reveals a stark authoritarian bend that crushes efforts in
order to propel your own "rank" or standing. You are the arbiter. You are
the judge.

2. You once again highlight a "my-way-or-the-highway" frame of intervention
that is coded (if not blatantly laced) with the constant threat of your own
self-destruction and/or suicide while simultaneously blaming us and making
us the unwilling authors of your mental health. This, of course, despite (
or in spite of?) the multiple times we've approached you on the topic that
leaves some of our members rattled, shaken, and triggered due to our
personal experiences that you constantly steamroll for the sake of
positioning your views or the views of those you deem a comrade.

3. And once again, your attack persons over the list serve based on
selective hear-say, and rather than contact persons directly in order to
clarify points or express concerns, you run straight to the list to through
us to the that guillotine mouth of yours. Again, the lack of care for any
sense of solidarity or mutual aid leaves us feeling that you're ends in
this alliance are malevolent if not purposefully destructive.

4. Straight up, you're a security liability for the things you say, and
continuously put us and those around us in danger.

We ask that the alliance understand the danger of such repressed offenses
and move toward intervention and mediation.
