[Sdalliance] CRSD Outreach and SDRAH meeting Friday

I think this is exactly the right thing to do, Monty.  Maybe we can write
up a short pitch for the SDRAH crowd that could double as a proposal to
charter an Open Committee at the next CRSD delegate meeting?  Who was it
that was gonna work on the proposal (I think I was one of the ppl)?
