[Sdalliance] First Council Meeting of CRSD May 6

All,

Here are the notes from the Next Meeting Committee's meeting. We scheduled
the first two meetings of the Council with the hopes that we can develop a
protocol for chartering committees, and then charter campaign committees.

At the first Council Meeting organizations will join CRSD by ratifying the
founding documents and seating a delegate at the meeting. For all Orgs
which want to join CRSD and seat a delegate at the Council Meeting, I have
attached the most up to date version of the founding documents.

*1st Council Meeting:* Saturday, May 6, 2017, 2:30pm - 7pm

*2nd Council Meeting:* Sunday, May 21, 2017, 3:30pm - 7:30pm

The Next Meeting Committee will meet again on April 30, 2017. Please give
all comment or concerns on the draft agendas and any other issues as early
as possible, but no later than April 30, 2017.
