Hi folks,

Sarah, I've attached a slightly modified version of the poster here.  Let
me know if you need anything changed or if it doesn't work for printing.  I
don't think we need too many, as I imagine most of the promotion will be
online.

Tuesday Jan 5 works for me, shall we say 4:30pm at the Library?

I went ahead and sent an email to NGen with the poster and invite, but it
would be great if you can follow up with them if you're around Ajit about a
speaker the next time you're there.
