Hi folks,

Hope you're all well! Just following up/updating about the action for
Thursday.  Heard back from 4 people confirmed that they can be there (not
including us).  I'm going to follow up with a couple more people tomorrow.
There are a few I can think of who are just a bit bad at getting back via
email.  Ajit, were you able to follow up with the folks you had from last
time?

Also, we had mentioned having a skype chat on Tuesday night to confirm
about everything (at 8pm).  Are folks still available for this?  My skype

I will have the draft flyer ready before the Tuesday call.

Finally, I have some minutes from the last meeting but have not had a
chance to type them out.  I'll try and get this done as soon as possible!
