[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Signs - Oct 1 demo

Brainstorming a bit...
I think we wanted to have a sign for each different countries plus a number
associated with displacement of folks from that country. Then people lying
on the ground could hold different country signs.  This article on Eritrea
provides some info on the issues there and numbers we could use:

of displaced people worldwide is 59.5 million)

We should have a country sign that says Canada - I'll think about what
numbers would make sense for this one.  Maybe murdered and missing
aboriginal women, or # of victims of residential schools?  I'll think more
on that one...
