[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Next meeting

Hi again.

Here's another item to add to the agenda:

Design Assign Hamilton (www.designassign.ca) has agreed to take on the
design of the Sanctuary Hamilton logo. Design Assign just started up and
has its first project in November. Ours will be their second project and it
will begin December 1. Design Assign will be doing this *pro bono*; there
will be no formal invoice.

Design Assign will need to meet with whoever will be approving the
design--as they put it, the "key players" in the organization. They will
need to talk about the vision for the logo and any ideas Sanctuary Hamilton
already has so they can present the ideas to their design team.

We'll need to set up a meeting with them sometime mid-end November so they
can start work as of December 1.
