Looks great Caitlin. I suggest the following edit

Promising a ‘tip’ line to report ‘barbaric cultural practices’, *creating
second class citizenship and acting quickly to being revoke citizenship
under Bill C24, and attacking the wearing of the niqab* all work to divide
people and make it easier to justify the criminalizing of migrants.
