[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] URGENT - statement and poster responses needed

blake and i took a stab at writing a response today (we were both
channeling a lot of anger on the phone/email).  any and all comments,
suggestions, edits welcome!  i doubt they will publish any more than a 500
word piece, and even then, i think they prefer shorter for comments.
either way, let me know if folks are okay with signing it from SH (blake
and i can also just put our names on it).

Responses by noon tomorrow, if possible? that way we can send it in
promptly...
