[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] rally details and media release

Hi folks!

Here's the media release that was sent out by MWAC specifically tailored to
Hamilton.  I will send it out Monday morning, unless there are any comments.

And, based on our meeting on Thursday, here is the run down of the rally:

Speaking for HSCC and Media person: Caitlin
Police contact: Blake
Walking around with petitions and contact sheets: Ani and Maria

Please get to the Federal Building by 3:30 so we can be set up when folks
start arriving.  The band will play for us as people rally outside and pass
out leaflets to people on the street.

We will have short speeches (confirmations still needed!!)

To end the rally we decided that we will pass around cards that say "I
oppose 4 year restrictions because..." and encourage people to write short
notes.  Then we will collect them in an envelope addressed to Chris
Alexander and one of us can take it into the Federal Building.

Okay, I think that is all.  Let me know if there are things I missed or
other questions. Please remind people of the rally over the next couple
days!
