i received your name from Blake. I am writing to you from CCORIC (community coalition on refugee and immigrant concerns). We would like to move forward and start the process of having kitchener be declared a sanctuary city. We have been in contact with the organizers in toronto which has been very helpful. However, we would like to follow the model of Hamilton more closely due to our more similar population size.

Do you have any documents or resources that describe the process you took. Also, we would like to have a Hamilton organizer come to our next meeting on February 18th. We would of course pay your millage and provide a small honorarium.
