[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Forum event planning

A couple other updates:

Tings is passing on our new date to NOII folks in TO, I will let folks know
as soon as I hear back about who is able to speak.

The YWCA responded to the account and is going to donate space for the
event!! They just need us to recognize them as a partner on the
poster/material. (Thanks for doing this, Ajit!)

Sent a message to Carlos about helping us get another speaker for the event.

Now that we have more confirmed, I will work on a poster.
