[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] minutes and next meetin

Hi Everyone,

I've put in a request for 50 more posters. People seemed to prefer the
yellow ones, so I hope it's okay if I only do those?

I'd be available to meet the morning of December 19, and I can contact
Hodon before then.
