[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] minutes and next meetin

Hi all,

Thank you Caitlin (and Yen) for sharing your thoughts. I'm so sorry for
flaking out on Thursday. Sieve for brains some days, and Thursday was one
of them.

I took extensive notes on those Canadian Council for Refugees sessions I
attended, and I'd be happy to share them if anyone is interested. I'd very
much like to hear how the Sanctuary Cities talk went. At the final workshop
on Friday, the SC session was spoken of highly. I wandered in to speak to
you after the talk, Caitlin, but there were so many people up by the front
table--a sign of a successful talk, for sure--that I didn't want to
interrupt.

I'm working at my cousin's printing shop this month (Thursdays and
Fridays), so I'd be happy to print any more posters, although my own
favourite things are stickers. Maybe when we have our new logo we can print
some of those? Or maybe we can just print "refugees welcome" stickers for
now? Let me know and I'd be happy to do it.

Any event held on December 11 I'd be unable to attend (see aforementioned
printshop working schedule), but I support our support of it.

Thank you for Hodon's contact information. Do you think I should contact
her sooner rather than later about whether she'd be willing to speak at an
event?
