Any thoughts on which meeting date would be better for you?
Sunday, August 23rd at 5pm
Saturday, August 29th at 2pm

Please let me know by Thursday so that I can send a confirmation to
everyone!

Hi folks,

Minutes are coming from our meeting on Sunday.  In the meantime, because
only three of us were able to come, we wanted to suggest a couple possible
meeting times and see which works better for most folks.

Sunday, August 23rd at 5pm
Saturday, August 29th at 2pm

Let me know when you have a chance which date you'd prefer and I will send
out a confirmation.
