[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Meeting Reminder

Hi everyone,

I will attend tonight's meeting, if we have one.

Given that many people will be unable to attend tonight's meeting, we have
three major options:

   - Hold a meeting tonight, to address all the items laid out in the
   agenda items agreed on at the last meeting


   - Hold a meeting tonight, for the sole purpose of planning the November
   8th event AND hold a regular meeting at a later date


   - Hold a meeting, addressing all of the agenda items, at a later date.

Here <https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TBYJPD9> is a mini survey, meant to
tally everyone's preferences in this regard (I'll send updates as we hear
back from more people). Are there other possibilities that should be
considered?
