[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Meeting minutes

Hello Everyone,

See attached for the meeting minutes from the 8th-September-2014 meeting. I hope it’s alright but I created a section at the top called “meeting highlights” that just shows proposals passed and important dates.

I was wondering if we should consider changing the date of our next meeting since two members cannot come? Maybe do it the 23rd-September-14?
