[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Edits to orientation document

Hi everyone,

Here is a copy of my edits to the orientation document that Ali prepared
for new members. I've attached two versions of the doc (one with all of the
changes visible, and one that only shows the final product).

My memory is terrible: did we agree about who would make the final edits
and additions, or only about what these edits should be? In the latter
case, I'd be happy to compile everyone's edits into a single document. In
the former, please feel free to keep or discard my edits, as needed.
