Hi Hussan we are ready!
Some questions:
What do you think of inviting mainstream media?
How long are the speakers speaking? What format are you thinking of?
We thought of introducing you, and then you introduce the speakers,
Waiting to hear,
maria

Heyyy!
I have added location information for each city on the posters. You can download them here<https://www.dropbox.com/sh/g5pl6ii7071d89c/AACDljY_c9HLMl83wF69PvkGa?dl=0> and start distributing. If you have edits, please let me know or go ahead and make them yourself.
If you haven't already, could you please send me the following information:
* Facebook event and website links for your events.
* Names of endorsers or other supporting organizations - I am trying to keep an updated list on the website page, and the joint facebook event page.
* If there is a good time to chat on the phone about the structure of the event, please let me know when that is.
* Do you have a list of local media contacts that you can share with me? If so, please send along.
* Are there other organizers from your city that need to be on this list? If so, please add them here.

Hey friends,
Here is an email, and 2 images (vertical and horizontal) you can start using for mark-the-dates outreach.
++ If you would like the poster edited - including but not limited to having location, your contact info etc on the poster - please send the edits to me, and I will get them done ASAP. Or you can download them from here<https://www.dropbox.com/sh/g5pl6ii7071d89c/AACDljY_c9HLMl83wF69PvkGa?dl=0> to edit yourself.
++ Please edit the email too and put in your own contact information, web address, etc, particularly if you're able to coordinate endorsements in your city before sending it out. Please cc me on your outreach emails so I can keep track. If you create a facebook event, or post it on a webpage, please share those links with me
++ Now that we have the initial outreach going, can we schedule a time next week for us to chat on the phone? Please email me off-list on when is a good time?
So excited that this is coming together! Thank you so much for your support. Please let me know that you got this email. Hopefully you're on our mailing list, so you will get the more formatted version of this email later today (you can sign up at www.migrantworkersalliance.org<http://www.migrantworkersalliance.org>).

You've heard a lot about Temporary Foreign Workers, now come hear from them!
Building Bridges, Breaking Barriers
a migrant worker speaking tour
Join 3 migrant workers - a Live-In Caregiver, a Farmworker, and a Restaurant worker - to learn about migrant worker rights and laws. Let’s put our minds together to build strong, health communities for all of us.
Mark the dates! More details coming soon. Check our website for updates<http://www.migrantworkersalliance.org/speakingtour/>.
WINDSOR - Mon / Nov 10
LONDON - Tue / Nov 11
PETERBOROUGH - Wed / Nov 12
HAMILTON - Thu / Nov 13
GUELPH - Sat / Nov 15
TORONTO - Sun / Nov 16
We all have questions, let's come together for answers:
+ What is the Temporary Foreign Workers Program?
+ What's happening to Canada's immigration and refugee system?
+ Are foreigners really stealing Canadian jobs?
+ Who is really responsible for this mess?
+ How are services being impacted?
+ What can Unions, community organizations, service providers and students do?
Coordinated by Migrant Workers Alliance for Change. Get in touch with coordinator at migrantworkersalliance.org<mailto:coordinator at migrantworkersalliance.org> to endorse and support these events, especially if you're in one of the stops on the tour.
