[Sanctuarycity_hamilton] Our next meeting

Hi everyone,

e-mailShare> is a Doodle Poll to help us choose a time for our next
meeting. Please let me know which times would work for you. The poll will
remain open until next Friday morning (October 10th), when I will select
the date that works for the largest number of people.

The poll only covers dates in the last two weeks of October (Monday October
20th to Friday October 31st). Please let me know if you think that it
should be modified to include earlier or later dates.

We will use the meeting to 1- plan the November 12th event ; 2- discuss our
relationship with the city's Equity Office. I will circulate a more
detailed preliminary version of the agenda when we have a meeting date.
Please let me know what you think I should include.
