Dear Neil and the rest of your band,

I am writing to thank you so very much for your participation and
enthusiasm and wonderful music at the March for Science over the weekend.
It was brilliant to have you all along and to be able to March with you.

I am sorry that our t-shirt selling did not prove lucrative, fundraising is
something that I need to improve at!

I wish you all the very best and will keep you in mind for any future
events/parties that mean I might be able to hire you!
