[RhythmAgogo] Sept 26th Meeting Notes

Ok. I don't see myself as a liaison and I don't use work time for group activities. It just seemed like a win win at the time, since i wanted to join the group and the group didn't have anywhere to practice. I will keep my name associated with the group to ensure the space is there but when the office is closed, such as state holidays, I won't be there to unlock the door. It is fine when the commissionaire is there but he doesn't work if there aren't any classes.

I do have two things to add to the discussion. I think we need someone to organize the equipment when we have as performance. I can't always do that. This means making sure whatever is needed is taken from storage in time. I'd also like to suggest  someone looks after bookings. We have missed a couple because we couldn't respond in a timely fashion. I guess it depends on what the group wants to do about that kind of thing....maybe a discussion for another meeting.

Otherwise, I hope to join up with everyone sometime soon once work settles down a bit...2017? Just kiddin'. Hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Hi Julie, 
In addition to Lori, the note to you came about when we were discussing/clarifying Neil's leadership role as we head forward, and how your role as a liaison relates to it. It's a "can't talk about one without the other" sort of thing. So, because you weren't there to voice your needs and preferences we wanted to make a note about having a conversation with you so that your time, energy and position with SODS are respected.
