Hey peeps,

Here is the info. from Julie on the event this Saturday. We will likely be
playing somewhere between 8pm and 8:30pm, and we will be meeting at 7pm at
the entrance to the Cosmo Centre to convene for a practice (likely in the
park across the street, weather permitting).

Hello everyone!

I hope you all had an amazing long weekend and are now getting ready for
Global Beats! We are really excited to be hosting this wonderful event! I
have put together a tentative program for the evening. Please note that the
times are only approximations. It will depend on how long it takes each
group to get ready and clear the stage. I am also waiting to hear from 2
more groups. If there are any additions, I will let you know.



Please be ready to play at least 15 minutes before you are scheduled.
Remember we are pressed for time, so if you can have as much ready to go
before you get on stage, it will help keep the evening flowing smoothly.



Don’t hesitate to let me know if you have any questions.
