[RhythmAgogo] Rhythm A Logo!

I think we should do an option for t-shirts with the full colour - I like
Fred's original design. If we're getting paid for the workshops, this can
supplement the cost of the t-shirts. I think we should ask folks to chip in
for the t-shirt cost, but to keep it accessible, pay what you can.
