Here is the email I got back from the Drum & Dance organizers regarding our
ideas from last night:

Hi Neil
It's Kristy from drum dance.
Please arrive half hour before your performance. We are equipped with 6
outputs. 4 mics and stands set to your preference. We are running off
battery power in the woods! We can most likely get a chat in with Ben our
sound tech prior to show time!
Your entrance marching on will most likely have to be sorted out the night
of depending on crowed size.
We will have our usual boundary for fire dancing so this is space available
for your March.
We are on the site getting ready!
