[RhythmAgogo] Sat: 8:30 meeting; 9pm practice; 10pm show

Hi folks,

Lori and Fred and I are making arrangements to set up a credit union
account for the band early next week, into which we can begin to deposit
our gig money as well as potential donations.

I am suggesting we establish Fred, Lori, and me as the three signing
authotities, and have it that at least two of us need to sign any outgoing
cheque. Does anyone dissaprove, or have an alternative proposal? Would
anyone else like to join us at the meeting and become another signing
authority?

To set up the account, we need minutea from a recent meeting, including
group members' signatures indicating approval of the signing authorities.
To this end, I would like to ask everyone who can to come out at 8:30 pm
tomorrow (Saturday) for a quick meeting.

We will then practice for just under an hour starting at 9pm, and open the
show around 10pm.

FYI, the proposed turnaround time for t-shirt production is too short, so
we will have to wait until after Ness. (For Ness, I propose/suggest we go
for a rainbow of bright colours instead this year.) Having a bank account,
with money from Reggae Fest and Ness in it, will put us in a more stable
position to get a full order of shirts, anyway.

I would still invite anyone who is able to bring cash or a cheque for thwir
future shirt on Monday night, by which time we will hopfully have an
account set up -- just to get the ball rolling. I will also be looking into
whether e-transfers are a possibility.

Finally, final chance to get in on bringing a guest to Ness: I really am
going to send in the final list this weekend!

Anyway, can't wait to groove (and break) out with a bunch of you tomorrow
night!
