Hi all,

I just want to make sure I'm up-to-date on who's going.

I have the following performers signed up: Danish, Jana, Chelsea, Fred,
Tamara, Sudhir, Corey, Kyle, and myself. Are all of you still able to make
it? Unless I hear otherwise shortly, I am assuming you are.

Also, as it turns out, we needn't have been using the "Managers" field in
the application, as guest passes are provided. The text on the contract
reads,

"Each Artist shall receive one guest pass for a spouse, partner or family
member. Guest passes will be made available to the Artist(s) upon arrival
at the Festival to the following named guests (children 12 and under are
free, but please include the name of each child you will be bringing...)"

These are the people I have down as guests: John (Jana), Rekha (Sudhir),
and Tara (Fred). And Jana and John's baby on the list of children. The
remaining seven of us performers could each bring a guest. This could be a
way to bring additional performers, maybe? Though I'm not sure how the
guest pass differs from the performer pass. And it would probably be best
of an Artist and their Guest travel together.

Please let me know of any changes or additions forthwith.
