[RhythmAgogo] Ness Creek Applications

Hi, I looked at the link, but I'm not sure how I can help further because I
don't know what parts need working on.
Can you send out what is written down thus far? (napping baby = window of
usefulness!)

I'm guessing the second two workshops would have language around
inclusivity and accessibility, and that some of the tidbits on drum circle
workshop would be applicable for the children's area.

It's useful to think of the children as capable beginners who will want to
do and participate more than watch. When I teach kids canoeing, skiing, etc
my goal is to hook their interest beyond an hour and hopefully into
adulthood. We likely already bring this energy to drumming, but the
community, the participatory nature, the rejuvenating aspects of music, the
bringing together of different instrument parts, the international
history... let's be mindful of what draws us to drumming as some this is
what we would be sharing/inviting participants to take part in.

I'm not certain if any of this is of help because I don't know where the
sticky and gappy bits are.

Jana
