[RhythmAgogo] RSVP (PLEASE) re: Ness Availability

I just completed the three solo (steelpan) workshop applications I'm proposing.  As I suspected, there was only a simple field for the title of our performance, and then I tweaked my biography to make a brief descriptive reference to the workshop.
For my actual examples, I proposed:
Campfire Jams: Learn To Drum (bio description included two guitarists I'm collaborating with, describing how to feel comfortable jamming with a singer or other musicians)On the Caribbean Steelpan... Corey Morgan (performance described as going to the beach in your mind)Caribbean Fun (I think that's what I said... described performance and crafts for the children's area)
My point... I did not have to be specific, once I dug into the actual submission of the application.  And I can adapt them before July if I need to, because my descriptions are general.
So yeah... I'll see you all tonight!  I'm very relieved that we are ready to go through that door, and I know our little family will have a super weekend!

Ness runs July 14-17 this year.
By the way, I'm not going to be able to meet at 5:30, probably just get to rehearsal. Hopefully we get enough feedback to prepare and submit the applications.
We don't need a specific description of our workshops and performances, as I think the application only has space for a very general description. What we need is buy-in to a visualization that we as a group can envision delivering hour long agendas for each proposed workshop (ie breaking in to two teams so that no one has to try to drum for a contiguous hour). Even if we don't finalize details, I'm sure that by July we will have a clear plan how we will deliver great entertainment.
Should I bring my laptop in case we are ready to finish our online applications tonight?
