[RhythmAgogo] Upcoming Gigs, Practices, and Meeting

Please fill out this survey, indicating whether or not you are available
for each thing. Just six questions with yes or no answers :) Three of these
things are already confirmed, and I'm just wanting to get numbers. The Oct.
3rd co-practice with the Bangla group is confirmed on their end, and I need
to see if there are enough of us available. The two other gigs are just
potential -- I have yet to contact the organizers, and wanted to see if
there would be enough interested and availability on our end before doing
so. Anyway, this should take no time at all, so please, come one come all
