Subject: [recomposingUNC] Meeting!
Hi everyone,
Now that we're all settled in for the semester hopefully, why don't we
have our first meeting? It sounds like a number of people are assuming
we'll just keep our same time slot: Fridays at 12pm. Does this time slot
still work for people? Shall we have our first meeting this Friday? Maybe
we can take the opportunity to touch-base, hear what people have been up
to over break, and get caught up on the latest round of student protests,
budget cuts, etc.
Perhaps then we can also finalize a book or two to read for the semester,
and lay out our plan.
Did people decide to meet elsewhere this semester, or shall we re-convene
at Coates building at least for this initial meeting until another venue
is agreed upon?
Looking forward to getting the group going again this semester.
