RA's
Dear Peter,
I think it is very important that people whose RA's are not honoured
should know where to send their complaints and this right now should be
stated in the pamphlet and notes to the RA forms. As people/organizations
collecting the complaints might change over time , I would suggest that
the ongoing , more permanent ( over years) PSYCHRIGHTS 'web address be
put NOW on the Pamphlet/Forms as where to go with complaints. On the
PSYCHRIGHTS ' web site an up-to date complaint destination could be provided-
a destination which probably would change over time. . When there is more
time, an online form on the PSYCHRIGHTS' web site could be developed with
the complaint destination updated when needed. A library of complaints
would provide both data and possible legal test case(s). Unless test case(s)
are found and there is a legal challenge I think the chance for change is
greatly reduced--i.e. no test case(s) =no legal challenge = probably no
change.
What do you think about using the PSYCHRIGHTS web site in this way?
Regards, Muriel
