Party policy and vision.

Candidates on this webinar will include
- Tyson Riel Strandlund (Langford-Juan de Fuca)
- Walt Parsons (Victoria-Swan Lake)
- Ryan Abbott (Surrey-Whalley)
- Kimball Cariou (Vancouver Hastings).

(The fifth CP-BC candidate, Florian Castle in Oak Bay-Gordon Head, will 
be participating in a French-language candidate forum at the same time, 
so is unable to join us.)
