*We know this is short notice, but please help spread the word about 
this rally, 3 pm, Saturday, January 25 - which is the International Day 
to oppose war against Iran. The rally begins with a few speakers at the 
US Consulate, 1075 West Pender  (near Thurlow & Pender), followed by a 
march to a concluding location (either the Art Gallery or VPL, depending 
on space availability) to hear several more speakers.

*The main political points of the rally include "No war on Iran, US out 
of the Middle East and Stop US imperialism." The No War on Iran 
Coalition opposes the U.S. sanctions and economic warfare, and expresses 
our deepest sympathy for all the victims of the recent plane crash, 
which is ultimately a consequence of the militarization of Iran, Iraq 
and all the Middle East.*
