Management.

When: Thursday April 9th, meet up at 3:30pm.

Where: Meet in the parking lot of ReRack (NE 22nd and Sandy). Shortly after
we will march to Fox Management (2316 NE Glisan St.)


Campaign Update!

For over a decade Aubrey and Becky were tenants at Rose Tabor Court, a
property managed by Fox Management. Over the course of their tenancy they
experienced an array of habitability issues from rampant mold that went
unaddressed to a broken refrigerator that ran up their food costs by
hundreds of dollars. When Aubrey and Becky confronted their manager Kallie
Caito about the issue, they were met with blank expressions and served a 60
day no cause eviction notice the next day.

Since their eviction, Aubrey and Becky have had to deal with Fox giving
them bad rental references, almost pushing them into homelessness as they
scrambled to find housing. Fox has also heaped almost a thousand dollars in
“fees” on the family. Now more than ever, it is important to show Fox that
they are not getting away with their abusive rental practices, and that the
community stands with Aubrey and Becky against their former slumlord.

Please join us on Thursday April 9th for our picket. We will keep you
updated as the campaign continues and alert you of any upcoming actions.
