Thank you for the heads up on this, Denver, and the time and care you
invested in attending these proceedings. In light of your report, I agree
Mark's behavior has been dishonorable. We shall also remove Mark Jordan
from our list of supported prisoners.
Best,
Suna, Portland ABC

Subject: [northamericanabc] Mark Jordan testified
Hey all,
Since August we've been attending court dates for politicized prisoner,
Mark Jordan. It was a motion for a re-trial of a murder in 1999 that Mark
was convicted of. It was initiated by Sean Riker, a confidential informant
for the FBI at the time, who wanted to testify against himself and clear
Mark's name. Mark remained silent throughout this whole process. We told
him to keep it that way.
At the end of the day on Wednesday last week, he made an unexpected
decision to give testimony. The next morning, we were shocked by what we
witnessed. He dropped a handful of other names (that hadn't yet been
mentioned) with excessive background info. Up to this point there had been
no indication that anyone else was involved. Mark also gave details about
other shanks that were made, even which housing unit they were smuggled
into, and he wasn't even being asked about this. Most of his testimony far
exceeded simply answering the questions and he provided more information
than any other witness in this motion.
In the beginning, Mark told us that he has maintained his silence through
all these years in order to NOT be snitching. Yet during his testimony he
explained that the only reason he didn't testify before, was because his
lawyers advised him not to. In light of this we do not trust Mark Jordan,
and even though the people he identified are all nazi's and snitches, we
find his testimony to be unacceptable. For these reasons, Denver ABC is no
longer supporting him.
